Co-culture with T24 cells enhances the production of CXCL9 in DCs. Following co-culture of immature DCs with, or without, T24 or SV-HUC-1 cells as well as T24 cells alone for 24 h, the levels of IL-8, RANTES, CXCL9, MCP-1 and IP-10 in the supernatants of cultured cells were quantified by flow cytometry using a Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) kit.
