CXCL9 up-regulates PD-L1 expression in T24 cells. T24 cells were treated with the supernatants from cultured DCs alone, T24 alone or co-cultured TADCs in the presence or absence of additional recombinant CXCL9 (100 ng/mL). The levels of PD-L1 in individual groups of T24 cells were quantified by flow cytometry using specific anti-PD-L1.
