Twenty international units per milliliter produced the lowest number of T cells, while the difference between 50 and 100 IU/mL was not significant (a, b). All samples experienced peak expansion in 250 × 103 cell/mL (c, d). 2:1 B:C ratio results were lower than the other two, and while 10:1 increased expansion more than 5:1, the difference was not significant (e, f)
