Expression profile of TLRs mRNA in CD8⁺ T cells in GC patients. Peripheral CD8⁺ T cells were purified from NC (n = 23) and GC patients (n = 32), while tumor-infiltrating CD8⁺ T cells were isolated from GC patients who underwent surgery (n = 21). mRNA relative level corresponding to TLR1 ~ TLR10 in CD8⁺ T cells was semi-quantified by real-time PCR, and was compared among peripheral bloods of NCs, peripheral bloods of GC patients, and tumor-residency of GC patients.
