  1. The virus neutralization titres of different mice immune sera against of the four DENV serotypes are shown in the table. The virus neutralization titre is the serum dilution at which 50% virus neutralization (EC50). The percentage of virus neutralization is calculated by taking the reduction in the virus titre in the presence of a given immunesera as compared to the virus titre in the absence of immunesera
