The constructed regulatory network comprising of 11 true hub genes and the enriched miRNAs, and transcription factors. CD44 was identified as the most affected hub-gene, as well as hsa-miR-129-2-3p, hsa-miR-34a-5p, hsa-miR-27a-3p and STAT3 were recognized as top miRNA and TF molecules, targeting the true hub genes.
