MHC-I surface expression is reduced on ERAP1−/− BMDMs. Total splenocytes were isolated from WT and ERAP1−/− and incubated with or without 25ug Synficol (Ova). Cells were incubated for 18 h. Cell surface MHC-I (APC) expression was analyzed in CD4 + , NK1.1 + , and CD11b + cells by flow cytometry (A–C).
