ERAP1 deficient macrophages are sensitive to NLRP3 activation by MSU crystals. Bone marrow-derived macrophages (2 × 106 cells) were plated into 6-well plates. Cells were primed overnight with 15 ng/mL LPS, and then stimulated with or without 100 ug/mL MSU crystals for approximately 18 h. Cell supernatant was collected, and cytokine quantification was done by 23-plex Bioplex assay (A–D). Data is representative of two independent experiments and expressed as means ± SEM
