Amino-acid identities and similarities between the variable regions of the heavy and light chains of the V5B2 monoclonal antibody, in comparison to the variable regions of the heavy and light chains of the other monoclonal antibodies used for negative selection. The amino-acid identities and similarities were calculated using the BLOSUM62 matrix.
