Medium/human Ig (1000 ng/mL) and anti-CD155/CD112 mAbs were used as negative and positive control, respectively. (C) Inhibition of CD226-Fc on cytotoxicity of NK cells against K562 cells in a dose-dependent manner (*, P < 0.05 vs. human Ig of corresponding concentration).
