  4. b Estimate represents the difference in log(antibody level) associated with carrying one copy of the minor allele. The anti-log of this quantity provides an estimate of the fold-change in antibody levels associated with carrying one copy of the minor allele.
  5. c S.E. represents the standard error of the Estimate. The ratio of the Estimate to the S.E. provides a measure of the relative strength of the effect among the SNPs
