MyD88-deficiency has no effect on arginase production of the F. hepatica -elicited macrophage (FeMÏ•). Six weeks after F. hepatica infection, macrophages were purified from the PEC by adherence and the levels of arginase activity were measured. Thioglycolate (thio) was also injected as the control. Significant differences were determined via one-way ANOVA followed by a Kruskal-Wallis test. *p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01. Results are compiled from three independent experiments.
