KAYGVSATKL and KCYGVAATKL could induce CD8+T cells produce IFN-γ. BALB/c mice were immunized as described previously[7]. Splenocytes were prepared and stimulated with KAYGVSATKL and KCYGVAATKL. FACS was performed to determine the expression of IFN-γ in CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Numbers at the corner represent the percentage of positive (expressing) cells. Representative results from three independent experiments are shown.
