Cytokine and LDH release A-E LPS/PHA-induced cytokine release in response to 24 h stimulation by ATP at different concentrations (0.3, 0.9 and 3 mM), in subjects without the Glu496Ala P2X 7 receptor polymorphism (P2X7WT) vs. subjects with this SNP (P2X7MUT).
