The stars point out each one of the four bands. The primary antibody was anti-ceE IgY adsorbed with sera from W-L hen and P-R hen, and the secondary antibody was adsorbed with liver extract from W-L hen. Four sAlloAg from W-L cock serum are present in the 53-hour-old chick embryo with circa 200, 70, 34, and 32 kDa. This adsorbed anti-ceE IgY does not detect any antigen in sera from W-L and P-R hens (paths 7–10).
