  1. a12 μg of FITC-subtilisin (20.3 RFU/ug protein) were mixed with 0.1 ml of each immunoadsorbent in triplicate, in a total volume of 1 ml of Dulbecco's PBS containing 0.05% BSA and 2 mM PMSF, overnight at 4°C for 18 hr.
