(A) Intracellular expression of BCL-2 following stimulation of naïve CD4+ T cells with CD3, CD3/CD28, ICAM-1/CD3/CD28, ICAM-2/CD3/CD28, or ICAM-3/CD3/CD28. Mean values for fluorescent intensity are indicated by the histogram. Assay was performed in triplicates from four donors.
