Dark boxes represent E boxes (RCAGNTG) and their location is denoted by the number of nucleotides relative to the transcription start site. Small arrows signify primers used for PCR. (B) Chromatin immunoprecipitation assays with indicated antibodies and primer sets. Control (CTR) antibodies used were anti-CD3 antibodies. E47-ER transduced 16610D9 cells treated with or without 4-OHT and DP thymocytes were used in the assays. PCR performed with 2% of total input DNA served as controls.
