Augmented serum IL-10 in a murine in vivo setting. (A, B) Wild-type B6 mice were administered intravenously an anti-human/mouse CD61 or isotype control mAb and subsequently with LPS intraperitoneally. The IL-10 and IL-6 levels in serum samples collected at 3 h after LPS stimulation were measured by ELISA (A). IL-10 upregulation in sera was observed also in FcγRIIB-deficient but not FcRγ-deficient mice (n = 4 mice per group) (B).
