EI-03 treatment inhibits EAE disease. (A) Different dosages of EI-03 were administered to mice at the beginning of EAE induction with MOG immunization (n = 9/group). (B) EI-03 compounds (10 mg/kg) were administered to mice on day 8 after EAE induction with MOG (n = 9/group). Average clinical scores were shown in panel B (*, p < 0.05).
