RORγt-LBD+ Jurkat cells were seeded into 96-well round-bottom plates (2 × 104) and cultured overnight prior to incubation with increasing concentrations of the candidate compounds for 6 h. Cells were lysed and the relative luciferase activity was recorded to calculate the half-maximal effective concentrations (EC50). The results were shown as means ± SEM
