CC50 values of novel candidate compounds. a, b, c, and d represent CC50 values for compound 29, compound 31, compound 35, and compound 36, respectively. Wild-type Jurkat cells were seeded into 96-well round-bottom plates (2 × 104) and cultured overnight prior to incubation with increasing concentrations of these compounds for 48 h. MTT assays were performed and the absorbance at 570 nm was recorded to obtain the CC50 value for each compound. The results were shown as means ± SEM
