PSP-mediated activation of TLR4, TRAF6, NF-κB and AP-1 in B10 (TLR4+/+) and ScCr (TLR4−/−) peritoneal macrophages. Peritoneal macrophages from B10 (TLR4+/+) and ScCr (TLR4−/−) mice were cultured with PSP (25 μg/ml) or LPS (100 ng/ml) for 12 h.
