Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity of induced NK, CIK, and γδ T cells. Raji cells were pre-coated with rituximab (Genentech) at 10 mg/mL for 30 min. The ADCC capacity at 10:1 effector-target ratios (E:T) were measured by the calcein-AM method. Effector cells were bulk samples of the cultured cells (i.e., no cell sorting was done). Results are expressed as mean ± SD, n = 20. * p < 0.05, ** 0.001 < p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001, ns p > 0.05
