Similar levels of human immune cell reconstitution between NRG mice engrafted intravenously as adults or intrahepatically as pups with human CD34+ cells. NRG mice were engrafted with human CD34+ cells either intravenously as adults or intrahepatically as newborn pups. At 22 to 28 weeks after transplantation, spleen, bone marrow, blood and thymuses were taken from the engrafted NRG mice and examined for human and mouse CD45 expression.
