Cytokine concentrations of splenocytes from the immunized mice after stimulation with rTgADF. Splenocytes were collected from the mice two weeks after the last immunization and stimulated with 10 μg/mL of rTgADF. ELISA was used to examine the levels of IFN-γ (a), IL-2 (b), IL-4 (c), and IL-10 (d).
