Complement-dependent-cytotoxicity of donor-specific antibodies from rats after syngeneic or allogeneic kidney transplantation treated with daily CyA for 6 or 28 days, or CyA on alternating days until d28. Donor splenocytes were incubated with recipient serum and rabbit complement. Dead cells were stained with propidium iodide (PI) and measured by flow cytometry.
