  1. Pathological grades were IF intensity grades of IgG, IgM,IgA, C3 and C4 were defined as following: Neg: negative, +: positive, ++: strong positive. P value showed difference among Neg, positive (+) and (++)(analyzed by nonparametric tests-Kruskal-Wallis H test). Ptrend showed serum immunoglobulin or compliment trends with their enhanced Pathological grade. P and Ptrend values under 0.05 were considered as cut-off values as statistically significant differences
