  1. The percentages are the total frequencies of HLA alleles which may present a mutant EGFR. Threshold of binding affinity for potential neoantigens was defined as IC50 < 500 nM. Both MHC I and MHC II were listed. HLA alleles (HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1) with population frequency greater than 1% of Chinese population were selected for neoantigen analysis
