JAKi inhibit the IL-1β synthesis from GM-CSF-stimulated neutrophils. Neutrophils (1 × 106/ml) were stimulated with GM-CSF (20 ng/ml) for 24 h in the presence or absence of the pretreatment JAKi (tofacitinib, baricitinib, upadacitinib for 1 h) and supernatants were analyzed for IL-1β production by ELISA .
