Compound 6809-0223 increases CD4+ T cell proliferation. CFSE-labeled cells were stimulated with anti-CD3 (2C11) at 2.5 μg/mL and murine VISTA-Fc at 5 μg/mL. Each well was seeded with 1 × 105 cells/well. Cell supernatants were collected for flow cytometry at 72 h. Compound 6809-0223 promoted CD4+ T cell proliferation. All results were repeated three times with consistent results (n = 3)
