Antitumor activity of G8 TCR-T cells against cervical cancer in a mouse model. ac NCG mice with 21-day subcutaneous CaSki-luc tumors were treated with a single intravenous injection of 4 × 106 G8 TCR+ T cells. 50,000 IU IL-2 was given daily by intraperitoneal injection for 3 days.
