From: Immunological characteristics of MAV/06 strain of varicella-zoster virus vaccine in an animal model
Multiple cytokine analysis of VZV-specific immune cells. Spleen cells were prepared from immunized mice with MAV/06 or commercialized vaccines. Cells were incubated with VZV lysate for 3 days, and supernatants were analyzed with Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokine bead array. Cytokine profiles were adjusted by subtracting result of mock lysate stimulated cell. Data are presented as means and standard deviations. *** < 0.005 (ordinary one-way ANOVA). n = 4 mice per group
