STAT5 inhibitor reversed GNT-induced the decreased secretion of inflammatory cytokines. After co-culture of CD4+CD25− T cells and Tregs treated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies, cell culture supernatants were collected to examine TNF-α (a), IL-1β (b), IL-2 (c), and IL-10 (d) levels using ELISA.
