A The accumulation of CD39 + CD8 + T cells in MPE was selectively elevated in LUAD with EGFR^wt (18.85 ± 3.53%, n = 28, P = 0.04) and EGFR-TKI acquired resistance (AR-EGFR-TKI) (19.43 ± 4.26%, n = 19, P = 0.04), compared with firstly-diagnosed EGFR^mu (4.24 ± 2.39%, n = 12). B Prediction of the frequency of pleural CD39 + CD8 + T cells indicating the occurrence of EGFR mutation in LUAD-related MPE.
