Vβ repertoire analysis of the in vitro -derived CD4 T cells. After anti-CD3/28 stimulation, the in vitro- derived CD4 T cells were surface stained for 24 Vβ families using the IOTest® Beta Mark TCR Vβ Repertoire Kit.
